Log in to your customer portal

  • Log in to your customer portal.
  • Click the Address & payment details tab and select manage addresses.
  • Click Edit on the address to update.
  • If using passwordless login: check spam folder, refresh and re-enter email, or reload browser after 5 failed attempts to request a new 4-digit code.

Use passwordless login

Receive a secure four-digit code via email or SMS and use it to log in without a password.

  • Check your email spam folder if you don’t receive it.
  • Refresh login page and re-enter email to request a new code.
  • If you’ve tried more than five times, refresh browser and request again.

Edit your account details

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Address & payment details tab and select Edit your details.
  3. In the popup, update your name, email, or phone number, then click Save changes.

Update billing information

Two options:

Option 1

  1. Log in and go to Address & payment details → manage payment methods.
  2. Click Edit on existing payment (Shopify Checkout users will see "Send edit payment link" unless frictionless updates enabled).
  3. Choose how to apply changes and fill out form.
  4. Click Add payment method.

Option 2

  1. Log in and go to the View your next order tab → Edit payment method.

2. Choose application scope, fill form, then click Add payment method.


Add payment method

Only for stores on the Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration.

  1. Log in and go to Address & payment details → manage payment methods.
  2. Select Add payment method and enter new card details.
  3. Optionally check "Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method".
  4. Click Add payment method.

Remove payment method

Only for stores on Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration.

  1. Log in and go to Address & payment details → manage payment methods.
  2. Click Remove on existing payment (cannot remove for active subscriptions).

Note: for PayPal, edit in PayPal settings. Otherwise you'll need to cancel and resubscribe.

Add or edit your address

You cannot edit per-subscription; updates affect all subscriptions delivered to that address.

Add new address

  1. Log in → Address & payment details → manage addresses.
  2. Select Add a new address, fill info.
  3. Select associated payment method → click Save address.

Edit address

Option 1

  1. Log in → Address & payment details → manage addresses.
  2. Click Edit on address.
  3. Select which orders use this address, update details.

  4. Click Save changes.

Option 2

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → Edit address.
  2. Select scope, update info.

  3. Click Save changes.

Swap products

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions tab.
  2. Under desired subscription, click Manage this subscription.

  3. Select Swap this for a different product.

  4. Choose the new product → click Swap.

  5. Review options → click Swap product to confirm.

Process your order immediately

Triggers next order immediately and recalculates future charge date based on frequency.

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → click Send now.

  2. Click Send this order now to confirm.

Skip your next order

Skips all subscriptions in next order; one-time products reschedule to following order.

Option 1

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → click Skip.
  2. Confirm via Yes, skip this order.

Option 2

  1. Log in → View upcoming orders tab.
  2. Click Skip next beside a delivery (or Unskip to revert).
  3. Confirm via Yes, skip this order.

Note: Skip unavailable for renewal charges or $0 shipments.

Skip a subscription

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions tab.
  2. Click Manage this subscription under desired subscription.
  3. Select Skip.
  4. Confirm via Yes, skip from this order.

Edit your next order date

Future orders are rescheduled based on frequency.

Via View your next order

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → click Reschedule.
  2. Modal shows estimated future charge date.
  3. Select new date → click Save changes.

Via a subscription

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions → select subscription → click Reschedule.
  2. Pick new date → click Save changes.

Edit the delivery frequency for a subscription

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions → select subscription → click Manage this subscription.
  2. Adjust quantity and frequency → click Save changes.

Add a one-time product to an order

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → click Browse all products or select +Add.
  2. Click +Add on desired product.
  3. Select One time only → click Add to order.

Add a discount

Discounts associate with an address and apply to all linked orders while valid.

  1. Log in → View your next order tab → click +Add discount.
  2. Enter code → click Apply discount code.

Pause a subscription

Available only if your merchant enabled pause functionality.

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions → select desired subscription → click Manage this subscription.
  2. Click Cancel subscription, then choose pause options.
  3. Select pause duration → click Pause subscription.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions → select subscription → click Manage this subscription.
  2. Click Cancel subscription twice.
  3. Provide cancellation reason → click Next.
  4. Confirm via Cancel subscription.

Reactivate a subscription

  1. Log in → Manage subscriptions tab.
  2. Click the Inactive filter.
  3. Click +Reactivate next to the cancelled subscription.

Note: Expired subscriptions cannot be reactivated—resubscribe via checkout instead.

Update Bundle contents

  1. Log in → locate Bundle subscription.
  2. Click Edit on that Bundle.
  3. Click the Select contents popup.
  4. Choose your items → click Save.
