We are creating a company that our consumers, customers, employees & suppliers love and are proud of. A key pillar of this is Responsibility, one of our values.

We have a duty to be an environmentally, socially and ethically responsible business. Everyone working at MOMO is expected to contribute and to help us make continuous improvements in these areas.

B Corp Certified - Using business as a force for good ™

In the first half of 2022, we made our sustainability pledge official and were proud to become a certified B Corp.

B Corp certification is a way of measuring a company’s entire social and environmental impact, as well as looking at its standards of transparency and accountability.

We achieved a score of 94.4 points, the highest scoring kombucha company in Europe.

Commitment to the environment

MOMO is certified organic by the Soil Association. We chose the Soil Association because it is the most widely recognised certification body in the UK and is a charity that works hard to transform the way we eat, farm, and care for our natural world.

Commitment to the team

From the beginning we have been a London Living Wage Employer, paying our team a real, livable wage which is independently calculated to reflect the higher cost of living in London.

Furthermore, all full time team members are eligible for share options giving them an ownership interest in MOMO.

1% Pledge

Since launch we have donated 1% of our revenues to charitable causes.

The organisations we have supported include Future Dreams, an incredible breast cancer charity; Crisis, the UK national charity working to end homelessness; YoungMinds, the UK’s leading charity fighting for children & young people’s mental health and Ol Pejeta, a Kenyan conservancy that provides sanctuary for local wildlife and invests in rural communities.
