Carmelo's Green Mandarin Kombucha
In collaboration with Natoora, this limited edition kombucha is made from Green Mandarins from Sicily.
Natoora pioneered this new category of seasonality alongside a trusted grower, Carmelo. He started picking Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarins weeks ahead of their fully ripe harvest - in search of deeper seasonality, Green Citrus was born. This kombucha elevates the familiar sweet, zesty aroma of mandarin to a new level.
10p from every bottle sold will be donated to Natoora’s Farm Fund, which supports young farmers who are committed to agroecological methods. Their goal is to raise up the next generation of growers and address climate change.
Raspberry-Hibiscus: Filtered water, kombucha culture, organic raw cane sugar, organic raspberry juice (1.1%), organic tea, organic hibiscus (0.1%).
Ginger-Lemon: Filtered water, kombucha culture, organic raw cane sugar, organic apple juice, organic ginger juice (0.9%), organic tea, organic lemon juice (0.2%).
Elderflower: Filtered water, kombucha culture, organic raw cane sugar, organic apple juice, organic tea, organic elderflower.
Turmeric: Filtered water, kombucha culture, organic raw cane sugar, organic pineapple juice, organic tea, organic turmeric (1.8%).
